How do the premium plans work?
The premium plans include classes.
You need to contact us immediately to organise the class for you.
The classes are in fixed timetables so you should contact us first on [email protected] or +34622567969 if you would like to know the schedule in advance.
Once you contact us, we will check your level and assign you to a group. You may have to wait some days until you start the classes.
Can I cancel?
Of course, you can cancel anytime.
To cancel the STANDARD plan, go to your PROFILE on the top right corner, then to BILLING.
For PREMIUM plans, do the same but also contact us too by email or Whatsapp: [email protected] or +34622567969.
You will have access to the online platform and classses (PREMIUM PLANS ONLY) until the end of they current billing cycle.
If you cancel the PREMIUM plan after the first class, we will refund you.
Please note there is no refund if you cancel after the second or subsequent classes.
What level of English do I need for this membership?
You should be able to understand the general meaning of what you read on this page. You should have studied English previously and have at least an A2 level. This platform is suitable for A2-C1 level. If you have a lower level you will need more time to go through the material.
Who is this membership for?
This is for professionals who need to speak and communicate in English for work. Often, students will have little time but need to improve, so this membership is ideal as students can learn at their own rhythm. You will have some level of English, but you need to improve your fluency and confidence. You need to be able to work in English, now or in the future, or you know that your career will advance if you are more fluent in English.
Is this membership program available for companies?
Yes - in fact, we already have this program in place in companies - some employees have access to the membership, others to membership and group classes, others with membership and one to one classes. We create courses & programs specific to the needs of the company. If you are based in Spain, we can arrange government funding for your training.

What do I do if I want to change my plan?
First you need to cancel your current plan then join the new plan. Don´t forget to contact us if you join the PREMIUM plans so we can organise the class for you.
