This challenge will help you create a programme, based on your personal needs, likes, and lifestyle, to improve your English.

How to do this:

Follow the lessons in order.

There are 3 steps - you can choose to do them as quickly or as slowly as you like, but we recommend one step per day.

This way, you will have your personalised programme in 3 days!

Each step has one video and one presentation download.

It is important to be specific about your goals and your deadline or timeframe from the beginning, in order to maintain your motivation.
